3. Orders & Payments

  • Payments must be made as per agreed terms (advance, credit, or cash on delivery).

  • Delayed payments may attract interest or penalties as per dealership policy.

  • Ownership of goods remains with Cements Dealerships until full payment is received.

4. Delivery & Transportation

  • Delivery timelines depend on stock availability and logistics.

  • Any delivery delays due to transport strikes, natural disasters, or force majeure events are not our liability.

  • Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer once goods are delivered or handed over to the transporter.

5. Quality & Returns

  • Cement supplied will meet standard industry specifications.

  • Once delivered, cement bags should be stored properly by the buyer (in dry conditions).

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged bags identified at the time of delivery.

  • No returns will be accepted once the goods are unloaded and acknowledged.

6. Dealership Obligations (if applicable)

  • Dealers must maintain proper records of sales, stock, and payments.

  • Dealers shall not engage in unfair pricing or misuse of brand reputation.

  • Any misuse of dealership rights may lead to suspension or termination of dealership.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
